The workshop leader
The trained etiquette trainer, personality trainer, marketing expert and author of the guidebook "Office etiquette: confident with customers and in the team" has been leading seminars on the topics of appearance and manners in everyday business life for years. She conveys in an entertaining way how to successfully master every discussion situation and how to positively change one's own appearance. Her clients include universities of applied sciences, vocational schools, insurance companies, banks, industrial companies and IT firms.
